At 2 Sisters House and Pet Sitting, we are very aware how concerning it will be to leave your home and pet(s) in the care of strangers so we have developed the following Frequently Asked Questions to help you understand how we work with you to ensure the very best outcome for all concerned.
Can we meet 2Sisters face to face before committing to your services?
A: Yes. In fact, we consider this the most important piece of arranging our house and pet sits. It is imperative for you to feel comfortable with us personally and to ensure we truly understand your requirements. You will most likely want to see us respond to your pets. On the flip side, it is equally imperative for us to be comfortable with your animals and living situation prior to committing to provide our services to you.
Can we meet in person? If so, how and where?
A: There are really two ways. The best option is that we come visit you in person at your home. You may also want to visit our home after our first visit together to double check who we are and how we live. That has been arranged for past home owners. For those farther than either party would wish to travel, we can meet via Facetime or Skype.
Where is 2SistersHousesitting located?
A: We are located in Penticton, B.C.
What areas do you service?
A: Areas of the Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys (Kelowna to Osoyoos) and the B.C. Lower Mainland (West Vancouver all along Highway 1 up to and including Chilliwack). Other areas may be considered upon request.

We will take care of small animals such as hamsters, gerbils, etc. but no large farm animals, horses, reptiles or snakes. Yes, we have been asked. lol
